From the youngest vineyards that the company works in the heart of the Salnés valley, in loamy, granitic and slightly acidic soils, the best albariños have been selected to make Ophalum Blanco. The must obtained from these grapes was fermented for 21 days in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature. The result is an aromatic and balanced young white ideal to enjoy with all kinds of snacks, cheeses, fish and dishes made with birds such as roast chicken.
