Arnaldo Caprai is the recognized leader in the production of Sagrantino di Montefalco a top quality wine, a wine produced exclusively with the grapes of Sagrantino, the variety that has grown in the Montefalco region for more than four hundred years.
Today's goal is the same as thirty years ago. Careful and constant work aimed at excellence, research and innovation in the agronomic and enological sector, communication of the culture and identity of the region.
The cellar was completely renovated in 1997. Modern and functional, it consists of a vinification and storage department, an Elevation Cellar with wooden barrels from Slovenia and a refinement in the bottle department that completes the aging of the wine.
