Wine grapes Merlot

The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in María Pinto and Alhué, Maipo Valley. They are selected and cold macerated for 3 to 4 days before alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at 25-28 ° C for 8 to 10 days.

Making wine

Aging takes place in fine-grained French oak barrels for approximately 10 to 12 months. The process enhances the wine's complexity of aromas and flavors.
