Santa Alicia Anne
Tasting note
An elegant and aromatic wine with notes of red fruit, raspberries, figs and flowers such as violets. Excellent intensity and complexity of aromas, combined with notes of French and American oak that provide spices, toasted almonds, vanilla and structure on the palate. Vibrant and intense ruby red color.
Chile, Maipo Valley
The grapes from the Maipo Alto area are 100 % hand-picked and harvested individually, depending on the degree of ripeness of each variety on each plot.
Making wine
The Grapes are destemmed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts for 10 to 12 days at a temperature between 26 and 28 ° C. The wine then matures for 10 to 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Each variety is aged separately until it is time to blend the final blend for the Anke.
