Founded in 1932, La Cave de Pomérols has grown, prospered and modernized over time. After the merger with the cellar of Castelnau de Guers in 2003 and the cellar of Mèze in 2007, the vineyard of the Beauvignac Family 1750 hectares. Of these, 400 are classified as AOP Picpoul de Pinet.
The company currently has about 350 employees, rich in know-how, who produce an average of 120,000 hectoliters.
The harvest of recent years is about 57 % white, 21 % rosé and 22 % red.
These wines are claimed for half in IGP OC and 20 % in AOP Picpoul de Pinet.
The remaining in IGP Côtes de Thau, mainly rosé.
Alternating grape varieties are Picpoul, Chardonnay , Viognier , Sauvignon and Terret for the white wines.
Merlot , Cabernet, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan for red and rosé wines.

For more than two decades, the flagship brand 'Beauvignac' has been marketed in France and around the world. With more than 40 references, including 5 different qualities of Picpoul de Pinet, the Costières de Pomérols offer a beautiful palette of varietals and AOP wines.
