Tasting note:
Juicy, full-fruited wine from Tempranillo with the local Bobal. The wine ferments and matures in stainless steel, which allows the fruity character of the grapes to come into its own. With strawberry, juicy cherries and soft tannins.
After both manual and mechanical harvesting, the grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks. Then there is an alcoholic fermentation for a week at a controlled temperature (24°), and the extraction is controlled by daily tasting. A short maceration period of 3 days after fermentation. Then the skins and the wine are separated by soft pressing. The malolactic fermentation follows for 10 days.
