Tasting note:

In the glass this wine shines as pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. The nose is pampered by a varietal bouquet of tropical fruit, crisp green Granny Smith apples and apricot - perfectly complemented by mineral hints. On the palate, this German white wine convinces with a juicy body and beautiful fruit fullness. The ripe acidity shapes the structure. A beautiful harmony develops, which gives this Mosel Riesling a certain depth and extends into the aftertaste.

Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof, founded in 1947, has grown into one of the most important and classic wineries in the Moselle region. Since 2000, the Riesling winery has been a member of the renowned German VDP (Association of German Quality Wine Estates). The approximately 45 hectares of vineyards extend over approximately 60 km along the Moselle and the Saar and are cultivated in a traditional manner and in harmony with nature. Five of the prestigious individual crus, which grow world-class Rieslings, are classified as Wines from Major Sites ( VDP.Grosse Lage). The wines are fermented exclusively with native yeasts.
