Castelmaure is one of the best cooperatives from the southern French Corbieres, since 1920 they have been making wines that reflect the Mediterranean landscape. A great all-round wine to drink alone or with food. Ideal with beef daube, casseroles and other tender red meat.

Castelmaure

Embres-et-Castelmauredorp is a small village south of Corbières, with about 150 inhabitants, all of whom are families of grape growers. The local cooperative makes this wine from grapes hand-picked from 760 local plots, with vines up to 80 years old

Maison Jeanjean

In 1985, the Castelmaure Cooperation signed a commercial partnership with Maison Jeanjean . With the well-known wine grower and distributor of the Castelmaure wines from the south of France. The winery vinifies a specific range of wines distributed exclusively by Jeanjean to supermarkets and exports.
