TERROR
Hard limestone slopes of the mountain of La Clape. Warm and dry climate tempered by the Mediterranean Sea. Slow ripening due to cooler coastal nights.
GROWING
Sustainable practices according to the High Environmental Value charter (level 3) respecting the environment and the complexity of the wine: composted waste, mulched prunings, plowing, no insecticides, no weed killers.
VARIETIES
Bourboulenc (50 % ), Grenache (30 % ), Roussanne (10 % ), Marsanne (10 % ). Cordon de Royat trellising, hard pruned for strictly controlled yields of about 35 hl/ha.
