At Bodegas Murviedro , environmental policy and the commitment to preserving and caring for the environment are a fundamental part of the philosophy. They advocate sustainable viticulture and oenology, producing wines in harmony with the environment.

A large number of the vineyards are farmed organically, using biodynamic techniques and methods of production and maturation that are as respectful as possible. They also focus on vegan wines and avoid the use of products of animal origin in the winemaking process.

One of the main objectives is to reduce emissions, obtaining the title granted by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge for the reduction of gases 'Carbon footprint registration, compensation and carbon dioxide absorption projects', and they are working to improve electrical efficiency by installing solar panels, adapting the consumption of our machines, replacing lighting with low consumption LEDs, etc.

In terms of water and waste reduction, we have a modern purification system and recycle the glass and cardboard used in the winery to minimize the impact on nature.
