Viñedos y Bodegas Muñoz , is a winery with a long family tradition that has nevertheless adapted to the new times and has become a benchmark for the modern wineries of La Mancha.

Welcome Muñoz Pollo , agronomist and master of oenology and viticulture, is in charge of the winery, which has focused its production on quality wines, protected under the DO La Mancha and VT de Castilla .

The vineyard's own qualities, together with the modern production, aging and bottling facilities, as well as the implementation of quality systems, are the perfect set for achieving a final product in the most demanding taste.

The winery covers an area of 8,000 m2 and is equipped with modern facilities for processing, aging and bottling.

The processing capacity is 4,000,000 liters per year.

The bottling capacity is 5,500 bottles / hour.

The aging process takes place in 4,500 barrels

The winery has a complete laboratory equipped with high precision technology. During all processes, the wines are subject to strict quality controls.
