The Cava Brut from Vallformosa is a classic dry style Cava with an aroma and taste that dominates the palate. In the mouth notes of pear, green apple, lime that are very pleasant. The finish is dry with a bright acidity that lasts until the end, a very pleasant glass of Cava
Vallformosa
Since 1865, the Domènech family has passionately cultivated lands in Penedès to obtain the best fruit from the vineyards. Francisco José Domènech (1839-1909) was the founder of the wine-growing tradition. 140 years later, the family still makes quality wines and Cava under the Vallformosa label and the associated brand group.
