Shipped worldwide, large selection of wines
Château Belgrave is a Cinquième Grand Cru Class é from the village of Saint-Laurent in the Haut-Médoc. Until 1979, the domain was deserted, the wines were skimpy and absolutely not worthy of Grand Cru Class é. But since the takeover by Dourthe, many investments have been made in the cellars and vineyards of the domain.
The domain is 61 hectares in size and is planted with cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and Petit Verdot . Since 1987, a second wine has also been made under the name Diane de Belgrave. Pay close attention to the spelling of this winery, because in Bordeaux you also have Château Belles-Graves and Château des Belles Graves.
