Château d'Estoublon Roseblood Rosé

Originating from the Domaine Château d'Estoublon, an estate located in the heart of Provence, leaning against the southern slope of the limestone-rich Alpilles, this sublime rosé is a blend of 50% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, Rolle and Syrah. The rosewater color makes this rosé into a floral and elegant wine, with notes of peony and apricot. Aged in stainless steel and concrete barrels, Roseblood expresses itself through liveliness and freshness on the palate, while retaining minerality. This wine goes perfectly with poultry, fish and shellfish.
