In the nose a lot of complexity with scents of stone fruit, minerals, vanilla and spices. In the taste tropical fruit, apple, citrus and notes of wood. The wine has nice acidity and a wonderfully refined aftertaste.

Roux pere&fils
Saint Aubin
The Roux family has been based in Saint-Aubin for generations. The three brothers, Christian, Régis and Emmanuel jointly exploit 60 hectares of vineyard which belong to the family domain.
This fast growing French family business from Saint-Aubin makes really beautiful Bourgognes from the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Their Chassagne Montrachet is renowned and has been awarded several times with a Medaille d'Or as well as their Saint-Aubin. But the somewhat simpler Burgundy Pinot Noir and Chardonnay also show what a class this house has.
