Tasting notes Chardonnay
The grapes grow on porous, chalky soils near the Canal du Midi. Fermentation and maturation on American oak makes the wine round and rich. Complex with intense aromas of vanilla, pear, caramel and a fresh finish.
Tasting note Cabernet Sauvignon
This rich Southern French Cabernet Sauvignon matures first for 3 months in French oak, then for 3 months in American oak. Complex and ripe with concentrated notes of blackcurrants, plums, tobacco, dark chocolate and vanilla.
