Lunadoro is part of Schenk Italian Wineries
Schenk Italian Wineries is by far one of the most important wine producers on a national level. Founded in 1952 in Reggio Emilia and moved to Ora, South Tyrol in 1960, the headquarters of the first winery is closely linked to the production area.
This was the first step of the “Italian Wineries” project. Through this project, the company, formerly dedicated to bulk wine bottling, becomes primarily a producer with the development of "Brands of the land", thanks to the collaboration with high quality small producers in those regions, historically most called for wine production such as South Tyrol, Tuscany, Veneto, Sicily, Piemonte, Apulia and Abruzzo. Second, through the acquisition of the “Bacio della Luna” wineries in Vidor – Valdobbiadene (Treviso) and “ Lunadoro ” in Valiano di Montepulciano (Siena). An evolutionary path that started many years ago and aims at strengthening ties with the land and traditions. These values, together with the strong opportunities offered by technological progress, enable Schenk Italian Wineries to operate in a sustainable way,
Schenk Italian Wineries works daily to ensure high quality standards in the production of its wines, thanks to a great team of trained agronomists and oenologists, regular IFS and BRC quality checks on an annual basis and a dynamic R&D team.
Experience, innovation and quality are the three cornerstones of Schenk Italian Wineries to efficiently and quickly meet the needs of a market that is constantly and rapidly evolving
