Tasting note:
Seductive delicately sweet Champagne that is best served with ice cubes. Aromas of tropical fruit and soft spices. Rich explosion of fruity flavors with a refreshing aftertaste. Special cuvée from Moët & Chandon, intended for a trendy young audience. Fruity and sweet in taste, intended to be served in large glasses with ice cubes. Ice cold in a normal champagne glass is also possible.
The Moët & Chandon style is distinctive: a bright fruitiness, a seductive flavor and an elegant ripeness that result from the slow, gradual progression from vine to cellar.
Each stage in the process relies on the complementary knowledge of winegrowers, barrelmen, cellarmen, oenologists and other professionals, all united by the strong principles that form our core values, our Wine Credo.
The legendary Moët & Chandon celebrates 280 years as the world's most loved champagne. For more than a quarter of a millennium, the renowned French winemaker has been sharing the magic of champagne around the world. Every glass overflows with the House's signature values: history, generosity, savoir-faire, success, daring and elegance – values that remain at the core of its global appeal.
Towards the end of the 18th century, Jean-Remy Moët, grandson of founder Claude Moët, became famous as the man who introduced champagne to the world. The important figures of the time, from the Marquise de Pompadour to Talleyrand and Napoleon, quickly fell in love with the House's sparkling wine. Moët & Chandon quickly became the icon of success and elegance that it remains to this day.
Benoit Gouez
As Chef de Cave, Benoît Gouez's mastery of his art ensures champagne with the characteristic Moët & Chandon character. His style and integrity are essential to bringing out the best from each year's harvest, in his words: “highlighting and sublimating the special characteristics of Champagne grapes.” With his perfect respect for the natural qualities of the fruit, this young, atypical Chef de Cave is the ideal guardian of the Moët & Chandon spirit.
