Rocca Alata Amarone della Valpolicella
Tasting note:
A great deep red wine that goes perfectly with red meat, fruity in taste with a full body and good balance. In the nose aromas of ripe fruit, plums and spices, with a long soft aftertaste. This wine has a good storage potential.
95 points from the international wine & spirit competition
Amarone is made from dried grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are stored in wooden boxes for three to four months. This causes some of the juice to evaporate and the grapes become much more concentrated in taste.

It is today one of the most prestigious Italian wine producers. The cooperative consists of many small wine companies, including Rocca Alata which grow the grapes under strict supervision and supply them to the passionate winemaker of the Cantina di Soave. In addition to the Rocca Alata Valpolicella Ripasso, we also have the Rocca Alata Valpolicella Amarone
