Tasting note:
An intense aroma of ripe citrus, exotic fruit and notes of toast and spice. You taste salty notes, citrus and stone fruit. The wine has a slight creaminess. A high-class chardonnay with a Burgundian character.

The vine nursery nestles against the slopes of Groenberg, Wellington, in the Western Cape, where healthy vines flourish thanks to the clean mountain water of the Kromme River. The young plants are tended with expertise and precision to ensure the best quality vines.
Bosman Adama was born when Petrus Bosman senior first sold his surplus vines in 1947. High-quality plant material was rare then, and it was his lifelong dream that every vine sold on his farm would have a respected pedigree.
Today, Bosman Adama is the largest viticultural nursery in Africa, with a broad spectrum of Vitis cultivars to produce table, wine and grapes of superior quality.
The Bosman family has practiced the art of grafting vines and growing quality grapes, originally for use on their own winery, since 1888.
